To join a meeting or access pre-recorded videos, you must be logged in with your USF zoom account. If not, try to sign-out and sign-in again as shown below.

Select "Sign in with SSO" → and then enter "usfca" for the company domain.

This will ask you to login using the USF CAS login page, which is what you need to access meetings/recordings.
